What Causes Pain In Teeth And Ears To Pop While Blowing Nose?

I just got over a cold and now my teeth are bothering me and everytime I blow my nose my ears pop. I really hurts, my teeth and my ears. Should I go see a doctor or will it subside on it's own? I take IB for the pain and have been sleeping a lot. I know it has something to do with my sinuses too.
