good day doctors, i want to know my head lower portion area or called temporal area /or back of neck upper portion sometimes it is painful , i am 36 of age , mother of 2 kids, housewife, and i drive a car , i stand 5 3 tall , weight 69 kilos everyday thank you and more power....

Hi,

Yes, headache is frequently very exhausting. If you have long standing continue dull headache. It might part of anxiety or its tension headache. If it is episode then its might be atypical migraine. I would suggest that you start Amitriptyline in low dose at night and see for couple of weeks if it improves.
