What Causes Pain In Testicle And Perineum After Clenching Anus?

I was running on a treadmill and I was clenching my anus because I had diarrhea. The diarrhea was from drinking a lot of beer the night before. I was clenching for a long time. The next morning I had pain in my left testicle and the perineum. What do you think I could have done. I felt for a genital hernia and didn't feel anything. What do you think it could be?

Read your history and understood your problem.
The reasons for the pain in the left testicle and the perineum can be due to strained muscles which participate in clenching the anus.
The testicle is supported by a muscle tube and it too goes into spam while doing any strenuous activity as body feels to protect the testis by retracting it; this is normal body protection mechanism which got strained more than required and for a longer time.
So do not worry, get checked by a General Surgeon , get ultrasonography and color doppler done in your case to rule out other problems like testicular torsion or orchitis.
Relax, take some pain-killers;
Stop drinking alcohol as it increases the edema;
Get a proper treatment with muscle relaxants with anti-inflammatory properties .
