What Causes Pain In Testicle Radiating To Abdomen?
Hello doctor. Yesterday I was moving some floor tiles and setting them on the ground as well as piling them up. My motion was somewhat rotational from the truck on my right to where they were going on my left. A few times I stratled the row on the ground to reach a higher row. Now I have this aching discomfort on my left testicle which is very tender to touch. The pain traveles up to my abdomin on occasion especially if I'm sitting down. What could that be? I can urinate fine and feel relief if I drink an antiinflamatory.
1.The history suggest possibilities of inflammatory changes or features of hernia due to heavy weight lifting. 2.In this case ultrasoundscrotum will help rule out hernia and find the possible causes. 3.The vascularity - blood supply to testis, the parenchymal echo-tectere, Presence of any haematoma, fluid collection. 4.The treatment in most of the cases will be a course of antibiotics with symptomatic treatment. 5.Probaly inflammation is there so you feel relief in that, but you better get examined and scanned - as complications are possible it this case. Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query. Any thing to ask do not hesitate. Thank you.
