What Causes Pain In Testicle?
when i woke up two days ago felt oddly like my testicles or atleast the right one were disconnected.. they didnt hurt at all and i kind of checked them out and they seemed to move more freely than usual *expecially the right* at first i just thot maybe this was me starting to get older and maybe they were just hanging lower but now i feel i slight pain but honestly im not sure if thats because ive checked them out a few times and maybe its just in my head cuz its so slight

Your current health issues seem to be due to -Epididymitis with Orchitis or could be from Varicocele.
In view of the complaints, the pain could be from handling or from Epididymatis with Orchitis.as you don't have any throat complaints with this.
Old history of Urinary burning / or Std needs to be verified and needful STD -LCr blood test/ Urinalysis tests done to rule out STD.
Other Cause of these complaints -like other systemic bacterial infections or TB Epidydimitis / Varicocele/ Testicular lump, needs to be ruled out.For this you need to consult Urologic Surgeon, who would investigate after physical assessment.
Do's Suggested-
Consult and physically examine from Urologic Surgeon.

Scrotal USG and Color dopler would fix the cause of your pain in testes.
Plenty of fluids-
Tight Cotton ugies to support testes
Tab Ciplox 1 x 2 times a day x 5 days
Tab Zincovit 1 x 10 days
Tab Combiflam 1 x 2 times x day x 5 days
Thus You should consult and get above treatment.This would resolve the complaints of your's.
Constant follow-up with Urologist or Surgeon for long term would give you long remissions of such complaints in time to come,which would depend on meticulous follow-up treatment of your health concerns.
