Thanks for asking in healthcaremagic forum
There are many causes for testicular/groin pain. Some of them are,
a. Muscle pull
b. Torsion
c. Hernia
d. Varicocele
e. Injury etc
Though muscle pull may be the cause of your pain as you are doing physical activity , please visit a doctor for examination if the pain is severe. If not you can take muscle relaxant for relief along with rest for few days.
All the best.
