What Causes Pain In Testicles After Unprotected Sex?
I am 19 years old and i had unprotected sex more or less a week ago and my right testicle is in pain specially when I stretch my right leg. I am curious so I went to a urine test a while ago and here are the results.
Color: Yellow Pus Cells: 0-2/hpf
Transparency: Clear Red Cells: 0-2/hpf
Reaction: 5.0 Epithelial cells: Few
SP. GR: 1.005 Amorph. Urates/PO4: Few
Protein: Negative
Sugar: Negative
Please someone help me. I am just curious if i have any disease or UTI or something. Thanks!

It may be an epididymo-orchitis which sometimes develops due to infection associated with unprotected sexual activity. And sometimes, there is no sign present in the urine. You need to take a broad spectrum antibiotics course as well as a scrotal support for few days. Also some pain killers.
