Hi,Dear !!Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read and reviewed your query facts in context to your health concerns.
Your husband seems to suffer from-Urethritis accompanied with Orchitis-from ?STD.
You need to consult your GP doctor / Urologist and rule out STD with Urethritis, causing delayed start with pain in testicles.
Also BEP with Urethritis could be another cause and needs to be ruled out. He need to check with USG for finding BEP along with physical examination,to assess extent of prostatic enlargement and post-void obstruction/retaine urine volume.Other possibilities also need to be verified and needs to be kept in mind for proper treatment planning.
Hope this would resolve your query. This also would help you to plan needful treatment with your doctors there.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.
