I checked myself for testicular cancer the other day and i think i checked to hard because now they feel kinda sore, they dont hurt they just feel funny. what should i do. should i wait and if the feeling doesnt go away then go to the doctor. im kinda afraid of going to the doctor because i dont know what they will do. what is the worst thing that could happen. what is the possibility of me having surgery. im freakin out!
1.The history suggest the possible cause could be inflammatory disease of the testis and the next possible cause could be testicular mess lesion what you feel with in the scrotum. 2.In this case the best investigation of choice will be ultrasound scrotum. 3.Ultrasound will help to find out the causes of the soreness and presence of mass lesion and its characterisation. Presence of any free fluid and testicular vascularity 4.If there is any mass lesion an FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology will be needed - to evaluate the nature of the cells responsible for the cause. 5.Donot delay that will not treated by itself, you need to get examined and needful investigations and treated accordingly. Good luck.
