What Causes Pain In Testicles?

Hi, I am 26 yo now. Was diagnosed when 17 with a water bag in me left teticle. Was told to leave it since it won't hurt anything. But, from time to time i get pain for a couple of days andthen it's off. I am now worried it may bomthing other that a water bag.....can it be a tumor?

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of waterbag in scrotum that was told to you long ago.
This is called hydrocele and should ideally be absolutely painless.
If there is a pain, there is a problem.

I would advise you the following:
Ultrasonography and color Doppler examination of the scrotum.
Clinical evaluation by Urologist.
Get operated if indicated.
