What Causes Pain In Testicles?

I a 16 year old male. I am a late bloomer and my left testicle seems to hurt a little. It isn't something that is terrible, but I want to know why this might be. It also make the left side of my bladder area hurt right below the belly. Sometimes my left thigh will Hurt but not that often.

Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Varicocele with testicular pain.this is causing left side of your bladder area hurt -a referred pain as the testicles get their nerve supply from abdominal nerves L1-2.this also would explain the hurt in left thigh as its supplied from L1-2 nerve dermatomes.
This could be the reason why you are late bloomer also.
So Get the USG of the Scrotum and spermatic cord.
Get the color doppler study of the spermatic cord and
Get the Second opinion from Surgeon who would assess this Color doppler with the physical findings and would plan further accordingly.
Act fast to recover from this health problem.
