What Causes Pain In Testicles?
1,am 25yr man,(done herina surgery in both side before)have pain on my left testicle nerves at some time,at that time i found some nerves are comes larger in size,vain are strings together.but it last 30minuts only,and i consult dr and take scan,this was the result right testes 38*28*24mms
left 36*26*22mms
right epididymus 9*11mms,left 9*10mms,both testes are normal size and echotexture,shows normal vascularity,both epididimus are normal size echotexute shows normal vascularity,B/L pampiniform plexus are with in normal limit,no e/o hydrocele/pyocele/mass lesions/inguinal hernia.
they are saying no need of wory,no problem.but now too iam suffering with that same pain at some time,after bathing,for a long jurney.vanes looks like verecocele images...but doctors saying,no no prblem.now am taking heyforte plustab by priscription of a doctor..why such pain...? masturbation is posibile at the time of pain,any problems in future?infertility issues?

Let me answer first your queries:
There may not be any problem in the future unless the stress and/or anxiety takes the toll.
Secondly only the Semen Analysis can answer whether there will be any infertility issue.So get it done immediately after 5 days of abstinence from masturbation or sex.
The ultrasonography report is absolutely normal.
Yet you are feeling the pain at he same point, after bathing and long journey.You can see the big veins.
This indicated you need to go for another Ultrasonography and color doppler examination from another center and Radiologist and ask him to perform in standing position and on straining, then only the varicocele may be seen properly. In laying down position the veins empty and hence can no show the real picture.
If present go for surgery and additional medicines that are expected to have effects on veins.
