What Causes Pain In Testicles?

my balls are uncomfortable when I sit down and everything looks normal it has started recently and I think its slowly getting worse I have had a sore back for a few days and I have read a lot of different things that are worrying me should I talk to my doctor or wait and see if it goes could this be nothing im 14

Thanks for your query.
Read and understood that you have pain in testicles when you sit down.
You also have started low backache. And you are very young at 14 .
You should consult a Doctor as such a young boy can not have such symptoms without a reason.
Consult your PCP immediately and get reference for Specialists too.
Also insist for investigations of MRI of the spine and scrotum to get more accurate diagnosis.
