White discharge is common in early pregnancy, is caused by an increase in hormones and blood flow. Sometimes clear watery discharge also happens in pregnancy. But these discharge is usually mild and has mild smelling and not come in volumes. If it's unpleasant and fishy smelling, frothy, yellow or greenish or thick and cloudy then visit your doctor.
You have mentioned two gushes of water and if it appears to you as too much then please consult your doctor.
Mild pain during sex is common during pregnancy. If it is very discomfort then try in different positions which is comfortable to you.
