What Causes Pain In The Abdomen, Around The Chest And Near The Kidney Area?

I've been in pain for a while now but the last time I was at a doctors it was not this bad!! I've had an internal scan which showed up fine apparently but it took the girl about 20 minutes to find my right ovary and her trying to find it hurt more!! Anyways they said I was fine... Now I've had severe stomach pains for about 5 weeks around that area aches my chest hurts my back round my kidney area hurts bad I'm so tired its wearing me out and now for the past about week to 10 days I have to make myself eat as as soon as I eat anything so small like 2-3 bites I'm full bloated and feel like I've just eaten 3 Sunday dinners I can't take much more I'm trying to drink its like my Head is saying dont do it as soon as I drink something it's like it instantly hits my stomach and stays and when I do eat my stomach makes really really odd noises

Looking at your symptoms, your problem looks more related to liver & gall bladder rather than your ovaries. You are unable to digest food and having fullness of abdomen after meals. You are having severe pain in abdomen that is radiating to your chest and back. This is more fitting into diagnoses of a gall bladder stone or cholecystitis (inflammation of gall bladder). Gall bladder stone can be diagnosed by doing an X-ray or Ultra sound scan of liver and gall bladder area. Ultra sound scan can also catch cholecystitis.
I advise you should consult your surgeon and get this work-up including some blood tests done. Untill you consult your surgeon, you should take light diet that is easy to digest (e.g. more carbohydrates and less fat).
