What Causes Pain In The Anal Area Post Workout?

Hi, one night I was attempting sit ups and I guess I sat wrong because the next day, I experienced pain at the top left side of my butt but more on the inside. As time went on, a lump is something has developed and it is very sore and it hurts to sit, exercise, and is sensitive to touch. I play sports so it s very difficult to get the work done when your butt is holding you back. Please let me know of any treatments.

It could be a external pile( haemorroides) and sometimes there can be a thrombosis or blood clot within the same pile , which is very painful. You see ageneral surgeon.
