What Causes Pain In The Armpit Spreading To Breast?

I am a large brested woman and I have pain that come right under my arm pitt that is so shap that come all the way threw my breast and it is happing when I reach and bend over it dony seem to be as bad when I am wearing a tight brace over my bra I have to hold it up when I take a shower could it be a pulled museral in yhe breast
