in february i was shoveling the great blizzard in chicago 2011, a couple days later my upper left arm started to hurt when i moved it in certain directions. the pain is still there and aches at night when i lie on my back with my arms at my side. Also hurts when i reach in the back seat to pick up anything... as well as other times. i can still practice my yoga but excruciating pain if i try to do any pushups... please help. thank you. I am a female, age 56, 145 lbs with no medical conditions.
