Hello Doctor, I am 33 years old and I am married for 6 years and my husband is 34 years old. we have a 5 year son. We try to have coitus but practice coitus interruptus most of the time or use condom. After coitus, we both get tired and get cramps or pain in the lower back or feeling very tired for next 2-3 days. Sometimes i get pain in leg ankle where the nerves in backside of the ankle is paining too much. This is same case with my husband as well. What should i do to avoid this kind problem post coitus.Please advise
