i am 27 years old guy,50 KGs,170CM tall.recently i feel a little pain in my balls and it seems like my veins in the left side of my balls are combined in one place. it felt much better when i started drinking lots of water as my doctor suggested me to.however it's still feel like it's there and whenever i have an orgasem, i shoot sperm more than i ever had then it feels a little bit pain in my back.
