What Causes Pain In The Bottom Teeth In A 3 Year Old?

my 3 year old is hysterical crying with his fingers directly under his tongue near his front bottom teeth. lasted almost 10 min. then all of a sudden he stops & says it doesn't hurt anymore. what is this? it happened a few days ago too but not as severe.

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the pain could be because of the tooth or gum infection in the lower front teeth. consult your oral physician and take a radiograph of the same teeth and confirm the diagnosis. i hope my answer will help you. take care. you can make your child to rinse the mouth with saline.
