What Causes Pain In The Breastbone?

I have pain that develops quickly behind my breastbone and in the v of ny rib cage.nit is extreme and feels like a balloon that is going to explode. I am very short of breath it will last for several minutes to an hour or more . I have to lie down partially and get extremely still. I am left with extreme fatigue and headache afterward for at least a gull day or more.

get yourself properly checked and investigated if needed...
it can be anything from a damage to heart to simple acidity problem..
better not to ignore it...
