gastritis, ulcer disease, hernia
if age>50, visit a gastroenetrologist. you maybe needing a endoscopic examination. also visit a
general surgeon and discuss if hernia needs to be corrected.
if your age
if the H.pylori test comes positive, then you might need eradication therapy.
meanwhile:
- include yogurt in your diet
- take "
pantocid 40mg OR Nexium 40mg", once daily before breakfast.
- use two pillows under your head, when you lie down/sleep.
- eat your last mean 3 hours before going to bed
-Avoid spicy food, oil rich food,
- No smoking and NO alcohol.
- do NOT eat mouth full.
-no cold drinks and NO junk food
- try to avoid drinking water at the end of a meal.
