What Causes Pain In The Chest And Back While Suffering From Cough?
almost 2 weeks ago I started with a constant cough for about three days. then it calmed down a bit, but its a muchus and sometime hard cough. My stomach is also bloated to the point I feel like I ve eaten a big meal and I haven t. Now I ve got pain in the top left part of my back and I can feel it in my chest when I breath in hard.

You can have bronchitis like condition for which further work up needed in form of Auscultation and chest x ray.
If needed to assess severity spirometry can be done.
Check your CBC report as well
According to cause specific treatment given
You can be prescribed Ambroxol like cough expectorant syrup for mucus expulsion
