What Causes Pain In The Chest Spreading To The Back, Neck And Shoulder?
I have chest pains but not all the time . It is the left side and hurts all the way to my back , neck and shoulder. It is worse when I lay on my left side. I thought it was a pulled muscle but its not a steady pain . It happens a couple times a week and it started about a month ago . Some days I don t hurt as bad and some days I hurt really bad . I have cervical cancer and have undergone chemo and external and internal radiation . Could this be the onset of a pending heart attack ?
