hi my ears where plugged the other day so I squeezed my nose & blew to pop my ears & now my left ear has been hurting since, also before this happened my throat has been sore & been coughing white mucus I'm not sure if this matters but thought I'd add it. I'm an Asian man 51yrs old & weigh 160. height 5'6" , I exercise regularly
