HI Santhosh, I am having pain in my forehead(above eye bro & center of fore head). I dont have any eye pain. I do use spects and have -1.75. So can you please give me the cause for this. I usually work in front of Computer for 8 hrs a day with regular breaks.
First of all, the neck and facial muscles strain can cause this symptom. The distance between you and computer should be 50 cm, you should sit on a comfortable chair and you should drink water regularly while you are using the computer.
There is a false notion that the deal with a computer cannot cause exhaustion. You deal with the figures on the computer screen for 8 hours and this consume a lot of the energy from your brain and your eyes. Hence, the balanced diet, regular water intake and avoid smoking can help you with your problem.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mustafa, Neurologist
