Hi,

First of all, the neck and facial muscles strain can cause this symptom. The distance between you and computer should be 50 cm, you should sit on a comfortable chair and you should drink water regularly while you are using the computer.

There is a false notion that the deal with a computer cannot cause exhaustion. You deal with the figures on the computer screen for 8 hours and this consume a lot of the energy from your brain and your eyes. Hence, the balanced diet, regular water intake and avoid smoking can help you with your problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mustafa, Neurologist
