I rolled over in the middle of the night and my right knee really hurt, but only if I moved. Upon waking this morning I also have pain in both inner hips and the right knee, again only if I move. I didn't do anything strenuous and was fine when I went to bed. (?) I'm a 52 year old woman who is in good health and not overweight, I take no medications except prempro for hotflashes for the past 1 1/2 years.
