What Causes Pain In The Hips And Legs During Urination?

Hi I am 26 years old male I have been having pain from my hips all the way down on my left leg for coming to one week now. And just yesterday It started to hurt even more everytime I pee. Could u kindly advise on why is it painful and how I can recover this at home or make the pain better other den going to the doctors.
