What Causes Pain In The Hips?

Hello, I m a teenage female who has been through hip pain since August of 2017 from marching band. This pain can change from stabbing, burning, pressure, and some I can not list. I have been to my local doctor and children hospital with xray and MRI done with no shown fracture, injury, or any abnormalities.

Hi,

It might be due to neuropathic causes like sciatica. As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Tramadol or Gabapentin.

If symptoms persist, you can consult a neurologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
