What Causes Pain In The Kidneys?

Hi I have had a dull ach in left side kidney for 2 months now went to see doctor 3 weeks ago he took blood and urine samples, blood came back with a high wbc count and urine came back with staph saprophyticus and white blood cells. I have been on antibiotics for 7 days and pain to my left kidney is still there i am also getting sharp pains thus has only happened a couple of times in the last week i have also had swelling to my right ancke for nearly 4 weeks please could you tell me what this might be thanks lols

there might be stones or infection in your kidneys,you need to get a ultrasound scan for diagnosing the cause
