What Causes Pain In The Left Abdomen That Radiates To The Back And Leg?

i have been having pains on my left side that goes to the back and downwards to the leg since last year, especially my left abdomen . i had a problem with my bowel movements, i hardly went to the toilet, only 500ml milk worked for me. last week i had i passed green stools. i also have kind of shap pains in the stomach and burning like tingling sensation on my left side. i took many tests and an ultrasound scan and they were all clear, now i did a urine tests last week and the results were saying i have a heavy growth of lactose fermenting coliforms isolated and it looked like my Dr didnt understand that and he just gave ceftriaxone injection but the pains are still there, what could that be?
