What Causes Pain In The Left Side Of The Body?

Hi, I am Abhishek Kumar 24 year old. I feel less energy in my left part of body. My left ear also feels block and minor pain in my left side neck and shoulder as well. When i walk or do anything, i don t feel anything but again when i take rest then i get the same. I feels some streach and low blood flow in my veins I am smoking for past 4 years. my heart also pain sometime. Kindly suggest what could be the cause. I had an ENT visit this year and all the report was normal. Thanks in advance

As per your explanation here you have told pain in left side neck arm and hand not for lower limb like leg thigh and feet. So no clarity on complite left side of body or half of it. But here I suggest if it's complite then take mri of brain and as per the report if there is any issue consult neuro physician first. If It is normal then visit ortho and take his suggestion for cervical spine and do testing for cervical spine as well as heart and as per report follow the treatment. If there is a problem with cervical or heart after your medical treatment do consult a physio for a proper exercise program suggestion. Take immediate care if symptoms are increasing and I must suggest smoking is not good for cases like you. Hope you got your answer take care.
