What Causes Pain In The Leg In Front Of Right Leg And Groin Region?

Hi, currently I am facing an leg pain on front thigs and in between right leg and groin region. i am facing this problem at least once in a year for 2 to 3 days since last 4 years. but if i take proper rest it will subside. but please let me know why these is repeating again and again, this year i am facing it for the 3rd time.

Your thigh and groin pain is due to imbalance in the pelvic stabilisation. if I were your treating doctor..
I would like you to do..

Good core stability training..
Lower abdomen strengthening...
Glute stability training..
Improve flexibility in hamstrings.. low back.
Advice you for a good arch support..
Icing frequently in the painful area...
