What Causes Pain In The Legs Above The Knees?

I am having leg pain in my one more than the other mostly behind my knee and just above it , it kinda feels like my joints are sore from something not sure what is going on hoping it is not blood clots , should i see my doctor about been going on for a day and a half

Thanks for your query.

Pains that you have described are likely to be due to a muscular pain most likely caused by a wrong body posture. Taking mild stretching exercise will be helpful. Pain killers and muscle relaxants will bring a short term relief.
You can do a hot fomentation and apply a local analgesic gel on the area to relieve the spasm.
