What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Burning Sensation After Urinating?

hi i am soven 35 years of age. I am experiencing a sharpe pain in lower left abdomain and in back after ejaculation from last 2 months , and the pain remain for 2 to 3 days continuasly and after that it is seteldown.i checked my psa level which is 1.65 , my urine cultur and urrine re report is normal.there is no burning sensation after urination or no pain.plz help me.

Do Ultrasonography of whole abdomen for confermation of pain.
