What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Pelvic Area?
Hello. I am concerned I have been having lower abdominal and pelvic pain for last three days. Went to local clinic and urine test showed no infection but scant-intact blood in my urine. Ct scan without contrast was normal. However, I am still hurting. Any idea of what this could be?

If urine shows blood, and CT scan report is normal, then Glomerulonephritis or urethral trauma or coagulation disorder like causes can be ruled out.
Kindly provide your urine routine microscopic examination report for giving more comment.
If bleeding continues, then Urethroscopy like procedure can be done. Consult a urologist for the examination.
