What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side?

i have a dull pain in left lower abdomen it gets really sharp when i cough or sneeze or go from sitting to standing. Also walking makes it worse but only at first after walking a bit it eases up. I also feel the pain almost under my left hip and it often hurts if i lay on left side

* The constant pain in lower abdomen may be suggestive of underlying inflammatory condition of intestine, bone or else colon motility related issue or others.
* Though primary relief with anti spasmodic medicines can be obtained, I prefer to take a CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis for final diagnosis and further management after clinical examination.
