What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Abdomen?

I’ve been having a lot of pain on my lower back and even Lower stomach.. usually when I walk.. I have gained a lot of Weight in the last year (after my hysterectomy) and I’m not sure if that’s what’s causing the lower back pain.. what medication can I use or what remedy will work meanwhile I try to lose weight?
