Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a just lumbosacral strain or lumbar disc injury. I suggest you undergo physiotherapy for the same. The physiotherapist will be able to teach you stretching exercises and proper posture. You can apply local pain relieving balm or gel twice a day. If the pain and radiation get worse or persists after six weeks, then you can consult your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Santosh S Jeevannavar
