Hello welcome to the health care magic

Lower back right side pain could be from renal causes

For that investigate with USG abdomen scan...

If no renal causes present than check serum calcium, vitamin D level and hb level

If any deficiency present than corrected accordingly

Large fibroid can compress nearby structure and can lead pain

Take care

Hope this will help you

Consult physician for examination and discuss all these
