What Causes Pain In The Lower Left Part Of My Stomach?

i'm a 20yr old lady. I've been having this pains in the lower left part of my belly. It started a week ago with stomach ache&stooling after which i used flagil tablets to stop the stooling. It got worse&i started bleeding. I was given buscopan&drugamol injection in the hospital alongside primolut tablets. I've been using the drugs&felt better not until yesterday that the pains &bleeding started again. I need your help

Hello, thank you for your query.
You seem to be suffering from acid peptic disorder(may be with amoebic colitis). Get your stool tested for the same, and whatever the result, treatment would be according to that. If that doesn't help either, you should go for colonoscopy & gastroscopy. Also are you suffering from constipation?

Meanwhile take pentaprazole daily once empty stomach, and if constipated, add a mild laxative. If the pain is severe, then you can take an anti spasmodic +antacids SOS. Try not to be empty stomach for long. Include lots of fiber in your diet along with plenty of oral fluids. Take small frequent meals instead of three major ones.
