What Causes Pain In The Lower Legs While Suffering From Fibromyalgia?

I have fibromyalgia which you know is painfull.now when i am doing house work and i have to bend overmy legs from the knee down just stats to hurt and i don;t feel like there is enough blood in them,as soon as i stand up my legs have severe pain and i have to sit down--------annette mchenry
