What Causes Pain In The Lower Pelvic Area And Lower Back?

First of all, do not panic. Your symptoms can be due to pelvic organs issue like ovary or can be a musculoskeletal issue. I will suggest you get an ultrasound done to know about the pelvic organs. Also, get gynecology check-up done including per speculum and per vaginal examination. It will help to know if the pain is due to the ovarian problem, or any pelvic infection.
Pelvic infection or inflammation can be taken care of by a course of a broad-spectrum antibiotic containing Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid two times a day for five days. Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for the same.
Also, seek help from the orthopedic surgeon. It will be of help to know if the pain is due to spinal column problem or psoas muscle or nerve tissue origin. You might require analgesics and muscle relaxant if needed. Please take multivitamins and multi-minerals supplements regularly. Opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
