What Causes Pain In The Middle Of Ribs?

i have had pains in the middle of my ribs going to the right side and in my bak for a while now and its getting worse i have seen my doctor and she said it sounded like my gallbladder but i had an ultrasound done of it and she said it was normal what should i do?
