What Causes Pain In The Nose?

hello, when blowing my nose I have a medium pain in the right side of the neck below jawbow, also when blowing hard and swallowing. It seems it becomes sensitive up to the base of the ear. It s like a muscle pain but don t know exactly. Thanks for your time.

Yes, the pain on the right side of the neck below jaw bone on blowing the nose and swallowing look to be due to muscle spasm.
I would advise you hte following:
Since this is a serious matter it is imperative to get the proper diagnosis and this is possible only by doing a Check up with an ENT Surgeon and getting CT scan done in suspected parapharyngeal problems.
The treatment will depend upon the findings.
