Looking at your symptoms , I think you are probably having an urine infection. I would suggest you to get an urine examination done. You can try a herbal alkalizer namely _ himalaya renalka syrup- one tsp*3 times a day after meals. I would advice you to take plenty of water 7-8 glasses per day.
