What Causes Pain In The Penis During Ejaculation?

Hi doc. I am facing a prob from last one year and I am so worry about it. When I talk with my girlfriend on call or touch her normally my stinky water comes out from my penis after that I feel pain in my thighs and feel tired. When I watch a porn vedios automatically my penis get free very soon and 3 or 4 times I have nightfalls prob in a month. My sex power is so slow after some time I going to marry as love. Hi,

What you have is called as pre-ejaculatory fluid PEF - it is normal to have PEF since it helps for free movement of sperm during sex.

To prevent frequent pre-ejaculatory fluid and nocturnal emission (night fall) - regular sex / masturbation can help you. Proper diet can prevent you from getting tired.
