Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
After a green light laser procedure to address a BPH condition, I am experiencing pain in the penis during orgasm, and am unable to pass the seamen. There is no discharge. It feels like the pathway to ejaculate in the penis end is blocked. Normal urination is now very much improved. I am a normally healthy male, age 75.
hello It is common to have painful orgasm after prostate surgery. It may be due to nerve damage during surgery which will heal by itself. Failure to ejaculate is also common because semen may begin to travel to urinary bladder ,instead of going out. It is called retrograde ejaculation. Youneed to wait and see the progress of symptoms.
