What Causes Pain In The Ribcage After Loud Pop Came From It?
bent down today actually it was more like a squat, to pick up a roll of sod today. As I lifted the side of the ground there was a loud pop from my rib cage and I went down to my knees. Now I have a decent amount of pain where the pop came from. and my rib hurts to the touch

the noise prouced could be from ligament rupture.my advice would be do ice fomentation,compression bandage(rib belt) at site of pain,tab.ibuprofen thrice daily for few days.
you will get over it in few days.
